I would like to take a moment to appreciate one of the bank employees here. Her name is Bhuvana frontdesk. I followed up with her multiple times regarding the correction in my spelling of the name. sometimes I got frustrated and showed my face on her but she was very polite and followed up with other departments to resolve my query. She was able to think from the customer stand point as well. I appreciate her time and considering my request as priority.

The executive who was responsible for me was very helpful and had common sense that was lacking in another branch. A customer comes to visit, he comes with quite a lot of tension. If the executives can display the same attitude while opening an account and while requesting an upgrade or update it would be great . Thankfully this time it was great
