Fully satisfied. I am 71 years old and yoga helped me to be healthy physically and mentally. Trainer Harish was my student in boys school tirur. Lucky to have my student as my yoga master. Very good and effective yoga and meditation class. Still continuing yoga from home from last 5 years after 3 months yoga training from Haritham. Ranjini teacher

I started doing yoga after joining Haritham Yoga online classes in the morning.Mr.Harish ,our yoga instructor is very patient and kind person ,who is well experienced to train yoga.I would recommend this centre for whoever is in search for a motivation to make yoga a routine.
