My child learned approximately 3 months , within three month he learn about lift kick, side kick, block, punch and first Kata . The student of this class achieve many Gold Medel, Silver Medel etc. Now a days self defence is part and parcel of our life . I really appreciate Yoga , yoga makes you focus. Through meditation and the breathing practise that yoga instils in you helps to improve your focus. It’s possible when u have a right and gud platform or academy moreover gud guiednes flyingkicktkdptk is best for that activity
