Good Gym... Proper air conditioning... Situated on 3rd floor... So lil bit of warm-up gonna happen while going... Good trainer... Gives proper attention and direction for workout...

The cardio trainer Pandey ji is awesome... He is the best in town that too without any extra fee... Unlike other gyms in town they really do pay attention individually.

Thursday: 6 am to 9 pm
Friday: 6 am to 9 pm
