Hygienic workout environment. Separate sections for women and men. Trainers are the best! Very motivating. HIIT, yoga, aerobics are practiced once a week. Steam bath, spa is available. Although men’s section has more equipment and the choice of songs is a tad bit questionable. I went here for a year. It was a great experience.

Very nice gym...... All facilities are available here..... Staff here is very friendly too........ They give special leave to students during their exams and postpone their due date ....... Trainers are also very knowledgeable and helpful...... Proper guidance is given..... We also get steam facility here......
