I tried many gyms in Virar and this is, by far, the best one I've stepped into! The gym trainers here are professionals and know what they are doing. I lost 7 kgs in about 4-5 months due to the guidance given by the trainers to nurture your physique. They personally train you to be the fittest version of you.
