Location wise store is centrally located in the heart of the city, very easy to access. Collection wise they had wide range of variety for 0 to 6 years kids category. Staff wise, Store is very much disciplined and proactive. They suggest product according to the need. Knowledge wise also they are very sound and knows which one is best for the baby. Overall, nice ambience, skilled and polite staffs, high level of customer service and support. One should must visit this store for a better customer service and experience.

The shop is located centrally in the main market of Bistupur which is easy accessible. Wide range of products they have for infant and kids including toys, footwear etc. One stop for all baby requirements I can say. Customer executives are very friendly and nice in behaviour. Strongly recommend for this store to visit.

They became a saviour for me as I could not find philips avent feeding bottle for my baby and amazon was taking 10+ days to deliver, they helped me in sensing the same within 2 days via courier. The person I spoke to over phone Mukesh understood my problem and sorted for me. Being out of Tata I am happy i could fins this store.

I once bought a Chicco's breast pad from here n it was all dry n rough, it seemed old n defected even though dates were new. Also I tried to complain this to the staff, she wasn't giving a heed n said "mam I'm not married so I don't know about it"...I mean you are working here n you don't know about the product in the store... I mean c'mmon... The staffs are mostly inefficient n lack knowledge of products except for 1 or 2 .. n most of the products seemed defected n old ... The store is "first cry" n they don't even have rattles or teethers for babies .. First cry is better to order online than this store Whoever is the owner of this franchise, please take care of these problems ....You are tarnishing the brand image...
