This place is the best in Pondicherry, if you want to learn everything from how to get off the couch to getting into the best shape of your life, nutrition, or simply learning how to get active. This place has the most friendly/helpful coaching you can ask for. You can be a pro athlete or you can be the normal working professional (like myself) and they treat you all equal. This place gets 5 stars!!!
