Please spare yourself the horror and the damage thereof and use your trusted dry cleaners only. See the number of genuine 1 star reviews this business has. Approximate loss due to fautly service- Rs. 35000. My father ordered dry cleaning for 2 suits and 1 blazer. The team has damaged 1 suit and 1 blazer entirely, by washing them instead. When confronted they did admit their mistake but subsequently resorted to a blame game, behaved extremely rudely with him and said that he has washed the suit and blazer (not them). He is aged 75 years and am putting the review after he told me about his experience. Sorry state of affairs. P.s. for the owner who after the review wants to make amends, invoice no. is A9576
