Reception took quite a long time to register. Desks are empty during lunch even it was of two person on guard both left for lunch. They could rotate for lunches. Technicians were not glued to the list of patients to be called next rather checking their own sites (Gmail) in the computer allotted.
I sense there is no strict advices to the personnel attending to patients. They were lethargic. Doctor.Rajesh was excellent in his approach and very caring and his assistant Mrs.Helan(if I'm not wrong) were the best persons could find in the hospital.

Room 3(floor-2) Hospital staff's not given patient test result on time to next level staff in Room 1 or 2(through computer). Due to this delay in communication patient waited more than 2 hours instead of 10 or 20 minutes.
Please educate staff's to follow hospital process.
