Ordered: Order 25, 23rd June,18 Medium Pepper Barbeque Medium Chicken Sausage Stuffed Garlic Bread Cheesy Dip Coke Pizza: It had the familiar cheese burst experience. It was however missing on several fronts. We could peel of the pizza base from topping layer as it wasn’t cooked properly. Pics in review. Stuffed Garlic Bread: The person who took the ordered confirmed it came with cheese filling but it didnot. Don’t recommend this to anyone. It adds no taste to the table. One overpriced coke and costly cheesy dip which added to the misery of this order. Overall disappointing pizza here with only 30 minutes delivery and cheese burst to save the day!

Pathetic service..i wish I could give zero store to this store...i had ordered hot sauce chicken wings ...and they send 4 white plain baked chicken pieces...after speaking to store representative she argues saying that this is the way we make it and we have share ketchup with it so u can use that as hot sauce... really???

Order Number- 74 (Myself) 10Dec Garlic Bread- Burned and Flat Pizza- Big pieces of onion almost 1/4 or 1/6th. So also un-cooked. Order: 310- Adarsh (My Relative) 12 Dec 1- Delayed Service- Taken almost 45 minutes to deliver order. 2- Wrost Pizza- A: Bad Toppings B: Un-cooked pizza 3- Wrost Garlic Bread. A- Un-puffed B- Burnet 4- Misguiding Customer- On filing Complain via delivery boy, Any person I think any Employee or trainee telling himself as Shift Manager. 5- On complain asking for specific service that also unable to provide. 6- No one Picking call on given online number of store. 7- Domino's self start stopped customer care number same is not easy to found on his App. 8- Domino's started taking wrong advantage of Covid-19 and where most of dine in is open same remain closed as well stopped 30 minutes guaranty and same you can see post ordering only till that no notification. 9- Domino's applying simple formula give bad or good service if any complain will come so they will replace pizza rest money saved. So may be in 50 order only max 1 people will file complain and that too just on phone. Question to MK Plaza Domino's and Domino's India: When you are cooking pizza, Garlic bread and other stuff then why you are not checking quality. What manager and other staff doing if they don't know what is good look of there product. Why product is not rejected if checked same is bad. If due to to wrong and un-cooked pizza anyone get sick like stomach ache and start facing serious issue so who is responsible. My Point Asking To Domino's : 1- Why so lengthy process to file complain. Is all categories of customers able to follow such long instructions? 2- Why store Landline not picking call? 3- Why 30 Minutes delivery applicable right now. 4- Why money return in wallet? Do you think it's a good idea to bound customer to use money only for domino's.?

One of the worst food joint i have ever visited. Most of the working boys were having long hair that too were messy and dirty. Non of the staff including those working in kitchen was observed with covered hair or wearing hair net. Only the staff available on billing counter were observed wearing hair nets. Floor, walls and glasses were not cleaner than a dustbin. I want to rate Zero star. Staff was making loud noise and were not bothered about customers. Water dispenser was found spitted with gutkha. Presentation and preparation of food was also of lowest quality. It is simple wastage of money to visit this outlet rather it would be a source of pathogens to make ourselves ill. Domino's management is requested to keep minimum standard and controls on all such outlets for the safety of the customers.
