I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, andVERY friendly awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way one of the best gym for Weight Loss and weight gain big change in my energy levels and body ....

It was awesome gym for workout. coach Joshy he was well skilled and motivating everyone to do well.who want to maintain he/she body physique definitely I suggest DJ fittness . Pocket friendly fee.

Mr Joshy a good trainer helps out in all work outs, good workout machines available. Planning is done based on our BMI and diet chart is maintained. He keeps record on our health and body fat record..All the very best Mr Joshy.
