What if North India and South India meet together? Yes the result is at Dakshin Bhog and Shakahari You will get the cuisines from both the Zones and that too ? % Vegetarian. The price of the food is very much pocket friendly as compared to its Ambiance as it feels like a royal dine in experience. Good fact : All of the food items are being cooked fresh in their Kitchen so that you can get the authentic regional taste. All the hygiene and Covid protocols were maintained here. The staffs were really friendly and quick.

Underrated. This place is a bit difficult to locate. Located on the third floor above the spa. Interior decor was very pleasant. Food was hygienically prepared. Filter coffee was to die for. South indian menu tasted exquisite. Bit expensive but worth it if you visit once in a while.

Loacted near Forum Mall, this is a new restaurant which serves amazing vegetarian food both south indian as well as north indian. If you are a vegetarian food lover this place is a must try. The ambience is amazing, spacious place with perfect decor which is perfect for a full family lunch or dinner. A notable point about this place is that they serve all food items on copper and brass utensils which kills all germs and viruses as soon as it comes in contact thus keeping the food safe. The items I tried here are - ?Laal Saag tikki - This is from the north indian cuisine. Priced at rupees 260, this starter is prepared with a variety of spices with a pice of paranth at the bottom. Recommended for the people who prefer spicy food. ?Jeera Rice and Dal makhni - The creamy dal makhni goes amazingly good with th jeera rice. Dal makhni price at rupees 399 and jeera rice 189. ?Cheese Kulcha and Paneer Butter Masala - This was the best of all. The kulcha was stuffed with melted cheess which tasted amazing price being rupees 105. The paneer butter masala was very buttery and creamy with a sweet taste price rupees 289. Must try. Highly recommended.

*New Place Alert* Food is all the more tastier when had at the right ambience. And what better than a royal luxury dining South Indian restaurant, Dakshin Bhog. It's situated at 8A, Allenby road, Kolkata and is the newest entrance for all the vegetarians in kolkata. Extremely courteous staff and the food is just perfect. Their speciality being that they use only copper and brass utensils and cutlery. This ensures maximum safety as brass and copper are base metals which do not carry the corona virus and kills the corona virus as soon as it comes in contact with the copper surface.
