They have no respect for customers and they are never punctual. This is such a worse experience for me because they made me wait for more than an hour in the middle of the night and they didn't even care to address my queries. And they are so disorganized that they are not able to identify the bus I am booked to. Please don't believe the positive reviews on this!

Manners people out there. The people who provide tickets are very rude and mannerless. I was about to file a police complaint. Better avoid and get a Government bus inside, Best choice.
