Good place with lots of Options for nutrious, healthy food. They mostly serve chicken / egg in non -veg. We can get good salads , platter etc. Quatity is good enough comapred to price. Sure visit for fitness freaks.

We all love to indulge in delicious meals but always feel guilty afterwards. It is hard to resist, true, but what we can do to keep our health in check is go for healthier options. Nutri Bistro food is one such place that has its entire menu dedicated to healthy food and drinks. Here is what we tried: 1. Nutri Feta Quinoa grilled veggie salad(exotic veggie tossed with quinoa and feta cheese with honey)- It was a perfect salad and surprisingly filling. Quinoa is rich in protein, feta cheese has healthy fats and veggies are loaded with nutrients so this is a perfect meal within itself. 2. Skin glow juice - This juice had coconut water aloe vera juice,orange,pineapple and fresh mint. It was truly refreshing. 3.daily detox- This juice was made using apple,beetroot, carrot and mint. Perfect for people who are on a diet and don't wish to eat much. 4. energy booster- This one had pineapple,cilantro leaves and ginger. It was a bit on the sweeter side but tasty. 5.Paneer peri peri- Sometimes you need more than just salad and for that, this dish is a good choice to have here. marinated paneer was served with peri peri sauce, had a side of brown rice and grilled indian exotic veggies.
