Hi Just read review from Lavanya Tripathi & Narmada Kumar. FYI : BELEDI is a approved fitness format by AFAA(Athletic & Fitness Association of America). This format is unique & set with thorough research on women. You have mentioned about disc collapse. We are extremely sorry to hear this but Beledi will not result in such collapse if the techniques are followed right. It will be of great help if you could explain as to where did you attend class so that we can check with that particular instructor & have it sorted to you. Kindly understand, we are the best fitness format for women & we can guarantee that ? percent. We are living example of what Beledi has done to us. Hope this helps.

My friend is suffering from disc prolapse after attending Beledi Sessions. The doctor specifically advised not to attend these fake training sessions. Both the format and the trainers are not certified. Please Don't go and spoil your health.
