A good gym with almost all the equipments one looks for in a training facility. The owner is very kind and you also get the help of an instructor for free, isn't it great. The equipment quality is good and the gym opens at 6 am in the morning to 10 pm at night.

Simply the best gym around, if one is looking for a gym in nihal vihar area, then this must be the go to place. It is spacious and equipped with good quality(smooth and functional) machines. All the basic and some advanced machines make it an ideal place to workout, that too in budget!! I have been to all the gyms(working out for years) in the area, this is the best I have seen so far.

Monday: 6 am to 10 pm
