Usual and no more or fewer features than the familiar Big Bazar shopping experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and at times go out of the limit to assist the buyers. Overall, an enjoyable experience to have the option of a wider range of products under one roof and a helpful staff. However, finally, it could be a troublesome issue for those (especially with the monthly grocery) without an automobile since no auto-rickshaw stand is nearby.

It's very sad but Big Bazar is gone. Reliance Smart has taken over the business and now renovation is going on. Don't know when it will open and how much change we will see. Hope all will be good and old staff members will retain their jobs. Good luck to all.
