It's a rare experience to get pro active attitude for customers concern. Today I got that rate service from Santosh sir. An ex airforce person . May be that's why discipline. Service in his personality well synced. I reached 20 mins in advance. The branch opens at 10am... but sir started working on the issue. Behaviour is doo good. Hope and wish all govt branches get people like sir and our work culture changes... India will be really toooo good. Thanks sir for your pro activeness . Regards debamita Nag.
