Under modernisation there is still very poor seating area and just one shed on both platforms. Most of the platform area is directly exposed to sun or rain and no seating arrangement. Cleanliness is nowhere to be seen. Just early morning vibe is bliss.

In terms of cleanliness, it's really good. Railway station is currently under transition to the new structure. Due to the ongoing construction, passenger do not have to face any difficulty. However, there are no restaurants outside railway station and neither there are any option of food available in the station premises, which is a drawback. It would be really great if the responsible authority have a food plaza opened in station premises until the new railway station construction is completed.
