No hot water because no geyser - be ready to take cold water bath even in rainy and winter season Bathroom door does not lock - that's difficult if it's a family, for couples never mind!! Bathroom lighting many lights don't work- shaving trimming beard is very difficult poor lighting No free water bottles- not even 1 complimentary water bottle nor provision for drinking water is kept in the premises Toliteries they give only soap, no brush n toothpaste No one to be found in reception all the time- always its look like abandoned complex... don't forget to see the fan in the reception no blades at all No phone in the room for you to make calls to reception No glasses to drink water also in room Wi-fi strength is very very poor. It's better you use your own phone mobile data. Ideally if you want to waste your money please go here. There are 100 reasons not to go here. Genuine stay review from me, I stayed for 6 nights here. This review is not based on a night stay or two. Thanks

Wrong place was alloted. Photos shows only 40% sincearity.No reception was at the place.It was inside a conjusted area. Parking was too long from the place. We had to call for someone if we need a help, no security or no care taker.Floor was wet and moisture during night and no one was there to clean.No water was provided. Fragrance was too bad.Beadspreads also was of local quality.Totally disappointed. Pictures satisfies only that of beach images. Also even to check out we needed to phone someone. And also they demand full amount (one day)during check in. Planned to stay for two days but did our check out at very next morning. Really bad experience. No idea how they have positive reviews.

I booked for a room with balcony n went, this guy the owner told he can give me another ground floor room only n told if I want i can take.. While conversing he was using abusive words n telling he is local goon n can do anything to people who talk against him. The staff found there were drunk n was abusing the ladies around.. I doubt the positive reviews were put by him only as the place deserves no good review. Horrible experience.. I tried to complain to local police, but this guy was found a local mafia guy. I advice all those who plan to look for some other hotel for stay and avoid this.. It's very bad. I had to cancel n return. Pls don't book this hotel

It takes a minute to get to the beach from here, the location is amazing. Waking up in the morning, having breakfast on the balcony and having a sea view... beautiful! The rooms are very nice and spacious, with air-con for extra charge - but reasonable prices. + Great restaurant and ice-cream place right next door.
