It's my favourite ice cream place since childhood and they have maintained it very well. Try their caramel chocolate. It still tastes the same after so many years.

Nothing in the menu is available. They said fruit salad is not available. But after five minutes they served fruit salad to other customer. Very poor service. Nearby iceberg parlour is better than this.

There was a time in the past when they served good items and service to the customers. Last i visited on April 27, 2023 was totally a different experience than the past. The guy who serves at the tables behaved like i went there to get some free dishes. He was not properly communicating, the item i asked for got delivered very late. Usually they used to give a glass of water along with the main dish, he was not even listening when i was asking for that. The worst was not that, i asked him for napkin / tissue paper at the time when i placed the order. He gave 'half' of a single tissue paper fold( photos attached) along with dish that also missing it's sides ?(that is the only piece of paper he gave on that purchase). The item taste/ serving was below average. Very poor service. Will never visit this place again.

One of the best ice cream shops of Kannur. Very famous, Neat and clean. Beautiful ambience. Little bit costly. But still variety of ice creams are available.

Looks like Hotel for lunch..table and chairs are too much..no variety of faloodas..most of the falooda are included with Vanilla..kulfi..starwberry.and chocolate..And none of them are tasty. Ambience not good..not getting that feeling which was required for an Ice cream shop.Need to bring lots of varieties of new flavours of icecreams,need to bring sofa,personnalized sitting,nice waiters,etc.spare time the worker also sitting inside the parlour for mobile chats
