On February 7 Purchased Jupiter Zx 2022 model. On the day of purchase they promised to give TR number on February 8 by evening 5 pm. But till now I didn’t receive the TR number. After asking seriously to the management they are saying they didn’t receive RTA approval for 2022 models. But they selling the vehicle to the customers without the RTA approval. Management is suggesting to me to use the vehicle on the Roads. Without issuing the Invoice and insurance they saying to use the vehicle. How far it’s fair. I’m requesting to the management to take the vehicle back and give back my money. But still they are dragging the issue. When ever I’m asking them they are saying to wait two days. They are not taking this issue seriously. I request to stop sales with out RTA approval. They are aware of this issue and selling the vehicle to the customer without saying about RTA approval is pending. Paying to them about 1 lakh and I’m unable to use the vehicle on the road.

First of all please update your branch contact number in google properly.. Facing difficulties to reach you thru phone.. And the given sample processing is very late because these people take so much of time to transit to lab.. After all this wait.. The report which you receive is having improper results
