Really bad experience. Staff is very untrained/uneducated. The OPD is mismanagement so badly that the poor patients had to come at 5 am and still they don't get their change even at 6 in the evening. All Patients lost their calm and went directly into the doctor's room. I'm not sure about the doctor's competence, but my experience was so bad. Highly not recommended. Dr. Anwar kindly make some changes in your hospital its really difficult for a patient to sit here for so many hours.

I applied for appointment and waiting for 3 days, they called for the checkup after waiting for 2 hours (after saying you can also submit emergency fee). I don't know about Dr. Khurshid but the staff and management is so poor. If they already have that much patients in queue then they need to reject the further appointments query or ask patient that it will take more than 2 days for their checkup. If patient need to wait for 2-3 days for appointment. Please try to manage your staff or please don't make suffer the patients.
