Airtel Store Mall Road Shimla Himachal : Staff offering good attention towards their clients. Assistance is good. Wheelchair accessible entrance available here. Without mask is no entry in the store. Clearly visible from the main Mall road.

From literal best to the WORST services in shimla. Airtel had a big downfall in Shimla when i look at it as a premium member of it! the network coverage is PATHETIC and so is their AIRTEL XTREAM FIBER SERVICES, u can just keep on complaining but they wont fix it! for sure they will on the paper work but in reality it ain't a fix! have switched to JIO such a horrendous service by AIRTEL!
