Lively place for gym training. They not only provide strength training but also cardio and cross fit training. The trainers are polite and practical in their approach for consulting on individual training and diets according to the person's current lifestyle. Also, the owner takes due care about the crowd that enters the gym so that it becomes comfortable for ladies to workout.

It's a proper place to workout and get fit as u get all the proper equipments and guidance for workout. They have provided proper ventilation and water arrangements, washrooms with proper hygiene. Want to get transform so it's a perfect place to workout.

If you are searching for spacious and clean gym then this is perfect one . Gym owner and all trainers are very good . Only the fact that gym fees is slightly higher side than other local gyms but this one is really good.

Friday: 5:30 to 10 am, 4 to 10 pm
Saturday: 5:30 to 10 am, 5:30 to 10 pm
Sunday: 6 to 10 pm
Monday: 4 to 10 pm
