I have three more months experience with coach Sajith. He is a good trainer and supportive. One of the genuine online trainer i seen. Major part is his diet and workout plan is very useful. In my experience, last june my current weight above 72 kg i think about how to lost my weight. That time i got his instagram id. I sent a message him, he replied and give me a diet and workout plan. I do my level best. I see the difference in my body and am very very happy. I lost 6 kg above in one month. Thank You Bro ANOOP SASI
