I always visit 2 time it's a rest for waiting 4 hours there are staff is good..good receptionist and staff but Tim very expend...my son kindness USG test so late ok...next manegement proper test depends to hold petaion ..

Took my wife for Anomaly test (an accute pregnancy test). After submitting the documents, they assured us to wait for 15mins (resting procedure before the test), and nobody came to attend for the next 1 hour. On approaching the reception, they kept on ignoring us and finally they realised that they forgot to send the papers. After 2 hrs, we were told that since the Anomaly test might take upto 15 mins therefore we need to wait till the others undergo their tests. Our papers were supposed to be second in row as per the number and assurance given to us. But, while I'm typing this review, more than 35 patients have been called in for tests and they have kept a pregnant lady waiting outside ( sitting for the past 2 hrs). Disappointed by this behaviour. Service is really bad. Staff is not professional in terms of discipline and rules.

Wait time for ultrasound is 6 hr. Staff give advantages to there knwon only. Rests are left on God. If willing to visit then be decided,whole day u will spend there for ultrasound. God blesss them
