Best gym in sector-24, all necessary good quality equipments are available too Ashwin Sir is the most helpful trainer i have ever seen Only issue is proper air conditioning, though there are many AC installed, bcoz of it located in basement, ventilation is difficult

Friday: 6 am to 12 pm, 4 to 10 pm
Saturday: 6 to 11 am, 4 to 10 pm
