Our local Subway is one of the best Subway's we've been to. It's a hit or miss with the staff but generally we get the same people. I like going there because most of the staff are very friendly. Considering the town we live in, it's actually a place I like going to.

Place is jampacked coz everyone likes the classic sub for meals but doesnt have enough staff to manage the crowd. The sub makers on site looked like on-training fairly new employees which doesnt inspire confidence to make you a good sub. When I DID get my sub after an unhealthy amount of waiting it was somewhat extra... 'crispy' and the bread was charred on some bits on edges. While i did complain and they said they will make another i was too famished and tired of waiting, that i just had to accept what was given. Not a good customer experience.
