I booked the tour for April 2020 and I have paid you more than half of the money.
But due to Covid-19, the government had banned travel, which means that there has been lockdown everywhere.
So our trip had also been canceled by you.
Hence Let me know when I will receive my all payment,
Otherwise I have to take legal action.

I have booked Jaisalmer trip with our indian trip , The Co ordination executive was Kritika , Before the trip all the commitments will be made. but Once the trip starts the if you face with any trouble it is difficult to reach them for the resolution . lacking in taking responsibility of manage your trips.
I have faced 2-3 instanced where there intervention was necessary as the arrangements made by them (Hotel Booking , Transport booking ) were not clear to the Hotel and transport .
in one of the hotel i have to wait for the checking as the hotel partner was unaware of the Booking and he has no clarity that what services are booked for Me .
These are the things they should take care proactively rather giving no response to the customer in mid of the Trip .
The overall experience with Our Indian trip Ok - Ok type - not Superb.
This can be superb if the executives proactively takes responsibility of managing your trip
