Rude behaviour Not even explain properly about prblm and solution Doesn't pick calls even they are free on his/her personal calls No proper sitting arrangements 2 air conditioners in waiting hall for only show-off. At the end this place is a worst place Worst staff My suggestion pls don't go there with hope for solutions

One of the worst experiences i ever had in customer service was from this store. First of all they never pick up your calls even though their receptionist is idle and free. 2nd they dont even show a shred of concern regarding their customers. So forget if you think you are going to receive a quality service from this store. They dont care about your time and money. 0/10 rating for this store.

Unprofessional not picking phone .I visited there for 5t display replacement they said not available after 15 days u can check. Now I m calling they not picking phone. I do not want to waste my time to visit there again and listen from them not available again. 15 kms is distance from my home to service center 30 km up down + times wasted last time Edit from here I finally repair my phone from them but before going to pick up my phone I call them again and on call message show " currently which number you are trying is busy " I tired 20-30 times but same message repeat. I don't want to waste my time there and listen from them mobile not repair yet. But any how I visit there after 2 hour and only 2 staff was there no other customer. My phone was ready thankfully. Then I again tried to call on there landline save message repeat that currently user is busy They hand put their phone on hold so no one can call on their land line number and busy message keep repeating for customers who calling them. I hope there is - (negative) raiting one plus should change their staff on this centre
