Best place to get motivated ,well equipped facility,trainers are helpful specially aman sir he has been very helpful and motivated through out my workout. I lost 9kgs in just 2 month. Long way to go. I feel so energetic,superb experience.this is my first time in any gym. I would say if you are a total beginner then it might be worth a shot.
