The staff behavior is well and good but they don’t know exactly how to made a mutton biriyani they serve us a bad and broken rice biriyani of 1000 not at all worthy😢

We booked order online .we as a Team of 8 members visited & take lunch .6 persons are Non vegetarian&
2 persons are vegetarian. All enjoyed biriyani so tasty stuffing is good .Biriyani is so hot & delicious . salan & sweet dish is delicious .but need of hour is to improve salad & more varieties need to be served in salad.only onion & lemon salad served .
Services are awesome .

Wide range of biryani flavors from Hyderabad, Kolkata and Lucknow. Service takes at least 25-30 mins since they prepare in matka and served fresh out of it. Complimentary papad tasted good with accompanying chutney and raita. Ambience was quite interesting and decent seating spaces. Staff is friendly and provides great service. You can have mutton, chicken, vegetable, paneer, chole and kathal biryanis. They also offer appetizers, curries with paratha and rumali roti. We didn’t try any beverages or desserts but I’m sure they’ll be good too. The dining hall is on the first floor without lift so it’s neither wheelchair accessible nor convenient for senior citizens who might find it hard to climb the stairs.

Yesterday I visited BBK with family and was very excited to taste the awesome food of this place as was in my memory since last time.
We ordered Hyderabadi chicken biryani and BBK special Mutton dish. Calm place to sit with family, Ambiance and cleanliness was 5 ⭐, staff was polite and supportive, they served very timely. To my surprise the taste of biryani was the exact and same as was in my mind. But, the mutton pieces were not of good quality. I asked the staff to convey same to sheff so that this could be improved and other customers might not carry any bad impression of the BBK food. Rest all was awesome. Must visit for food lovers.

Recently ordered Biryani from Biryani by Kilo - An amazing chain of restaurants. The experience is shared below
1. The packaging, delivery and quantity is great. No complaints
2. Food remains hot and also pot is provided to keep it hot for another 30-40 min.
3. It taste great and gives feeling of Hyderabadi biryani.
4. Its 1000 times better then fake Biryani of KFC chain.
5. The Phirni is also must try. Its delicious.
One advice - order from direct website of Biryani by Kilo as they deliver themselves and not thru Zomato or Swiggy. Also u will get great discounts if u order directly
