Nice place to stay ,polite staff, good food with variety, they don't allow you to smoke as it is the no smoking Hotel, alarms will beep if you do so and you have to pay fine. It's kind of a family gathering and visiting hotel , one can plan trip to Jammu with family and stay here for good hospitality. My experience was awesome .

Awesome hospitality, rooms are awesome , staff is so cooperative friendly, food is yummy, especially ( ginger tea ) is awesomeee. GM to Lower staff all are so humble.

Amazing hotel and good breakfast buffet. Buffet coat was 550+tax which was good based on the spread they had. The staff was sweet as well
