I have had both buffet and à la carte at Zone. They provide a far better options and quality in the buffet than in à la carte. I wonder why they do that.! Because the one who has had à la carte would never come back to Zone, and the one who has had buffet here would be terribly disappointed when they try à la carte next time! And, foremost, the service here could be better! I would suggest, Hospitality and Acting on feet, could be the two things to start with.

Located in a prime spot. The rooftop buffet was awesome. Nice view from the rooftop. Valet parking service. Nice ambience to enjoy with friends and family.

We had booked a room for two days, but despite having it since afternoon the front staff made us wait for half an hour late at night before getting us the room. The room is congested for the price they are charging. The staff seems rather inattentive when we share any concern. Altogether not only was the stay uncomfortable, it was not worth the money.

The service was very poor. Even after informing them one hr before time regarding our check in time. We were made to wait in the lobby for more than half n hr. Wit kids getting restless after a long travel this was even more frustrating. I would never want to come to this hotel again

It was 10:30 yesterday(Apr16th) (Breakfast window - 7-10 am) and the restaurant was almost closed. We stepped in and found that people are in the verge of closing things, but still couple of them came to us and said that we have only Poori and Dosa, Can you please adjust with that as the other items are over now. They arranged a table for us and brought all the items served on it. We were really moved by this service as it would have been difficult for us to go t for breakfast after 10:30 with 2 kids. Thanks for all those team. Really appreciate this and I would recommend Zone by the park Coimbatore to any of my friends travelling to Coimbatore and will always chose this whenever I visit it.
