Ankita ma'am is a gentle professional. Her attention to detail during our healing yoga session is unmatched. I felt a strong sense of calm upon arrival to her studio, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility. It was a great experience!

Vwry good experience with Ankita ma'am. After working from home for last 2 years When i started i had back problem, laziness and wasn't able to focus on my career path, but now all problems are sorted, the course included mediation sesions also which were very helpful.
