Did a consultation through video call and the service provided was excellent. The call was setup seamlessly and the doctor was on time for the call. He gave me brief idea about my condition and told many home remedies to take care of it and also prescribed some medicines. He then undertook the process to send medicines to me overseas and it just arrived in 3weeks time.Overall this was a great consulting experience for me during this time of pandemic and the service was very reliable. I giggle rate this place for any skin care issues as the doctors and staff are professionals and provide great care. Kudos to the entire team.

Online Consultation service at YCDC is such an awesome one that the service and also the service assistant is at its peak of service. I did Hair Transplantation (HT) here at YCDC,Trivandrum on April 2022, after doing many researches in and around Trivandrum and Chennai. At last made up my mind to have HT procedure here as the technology used here is the latest one in the market.
Thanks very much Dr. Niranjana and your team who did a spectacular job in doing the HT procedure on me at YCDC, Trivandrum. Dr. Niranjana based in Bangalore has been doing regular follow up with me post HT procedure to see the progress of Hair growth.
It is a fantastic team and each one of them did their job perfectly and also make sure that I am comfortable at every stage in this one day procedure. It is not just merely taking the Root hair from back of head and fixing it on bald area but they also put the right hair that is thick at the right spot and I am seeing that result now.
it has been 3 months now and the transplanted hair is growing good and my confidence has been regained back.
Also special thanks to Anupama madam who explained the HT process perfectly and answered all the HT related questions with patience. And post HT procedure, she did the weekly routine follow up to check the progress of hair growth.
So overall I am very satisfied with the service here.
