If you are a person who believes in Wholistic approach to your life, then YOGAfide is the go to place for you for learning Yoga. I was introduced to YOGAfide by my cousin and have been attending classes with them since a year. I used to attend Regular classes with Ms.Aishwarya and at present attending Prenatal classes with Mr. Vikas. Both of them guide you in a very systematic and gradual way to learn Yoga. They not only teach you yoga but they also make sure that yoga becomes part of your lifestyle.

Was very sceptical about yoga but Guruji Vikash makes the you feel positive in each and every step. His way of teaching and making you do it by yourself is one of a kind. He keeps his side of the bargain when he said your mind will be clear of all clutter. The fees is not very expensive also. All in all it's a 5 star trainer and training. Keep it up YOGAfide team.
