The best yoga place I found at the right time. Neha ma'am's classes are the most refreshing and peaceful start to your day. Along with yoga she helps with any health issues you have and guides you through with it.

The best yoga experience in my life. Madam teaches everything in stepwise without any rush apart from that every Friday there will be a nature walk which I enjoyed the most. The madam is really a master piece in teaching yoga and also she is a doctor, therefore gives suggestions of proper diet plan and ayurvedic medicines based on your medical conditions. I really thank Neha madam for bringing yogic life in my life.

Fantastic Yoga experience ever. Internationally Certified Dr. Neha is a wonderful Yoga and a Meditation master who guides at each step and go that extra mile to produce results. I am fortunate to join her morning classes and definitely recommend Dr. Neha's trainings to anyone even that person is looking to experience yoga for the first time. The training method is quite simplified and easy to understand and one gets to know the rationale behind each and every Yoga asanas.
