My friends and I stayed three days here and we never wanted to leave the place. It is a party is the middle of nowhere with kind and generous people. The owners are friendly and will get into your space as per your needs. I would highly recommend this hostel for people good with 6 beds dorms.

We extended our stay at the hostel because we didn’t feel like leaving. The host Anuj made sure to interact with everyone almost every single day, he even hosted a Pongal event during the duration of our stay with introduced us to the locals as well as other travellers. The rooftop cafe is something one shouldn’t miss out on as the food is amazing and the vibes are immaculate. The only “problem” I faced was that of bugs but well its expected and theres nothing the hostel can do about it. 5/5

There are multiple things that I liked about the property:
1. The hosts were super amazing, they’ll make you feel comfortable throughout the stay.
2. They keep organising multiple things on daily basis like Yoga, Dance, DJ parties and many more things which again is a very beautiful part of of WoodPacker
3. Akka at the kitchen cooks some really amazing food specially the Lemon rice are just yum.

It was an amazing stay. The people were very welcoming and helpful. They made us very comfortable and even helped us commute around Auroville for sightseeing. The food was awesome, you can customise as per your needs, very affordable. And most importantly the environment was very peaceful and calm, away from the city chaos. You should definitely plan your stay at Woodpacker if you are looking for peaceful stay with good food and amazing people!
