Went here on an office trip with 17 colleagues. The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were super courteous and friendly. Overall we had a fantastic vacation here and we would definitely recommend for anyone.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is well maintained. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathrooms are very neat. They provided good blankets as when we were there temps dropped to 13.xx. The service staff Thangaraju was simply superb. The hospitality he extended is unbelievable. It was so warm and understanding. I wld probably go back to Whitehouse for his service and dedication even late into the night in a hill station. The morning breakfast was excellent. The pongal was probably to die for, good sambar idly, Omlette, dosas, etc. Food rotates for each day and which helps avoid repetition. Overall nice place with decent to good parking. Nice location too. Very very helpful place to stay.

It's a pleasant location and neat, clean and compact rooms to stay with homely food. We were 13 from family and stayed 2 nights. Place is away from city and privacy with serene, beautiful views from the room balcony. They take care well the elders and kids provided enough support as timely food and hot water etc. They prepared us the food when we need, and we got a hot food direct from their kitchen even they prefer to serve that way for best customer experience. We have not called them not even for any things, everything was available in the room and toilet like home. Highly satisfied and keep my visit here?

Stayed there for 2 days recently. Very nice place. Awesome food and in particular the native Kotagiri food. Highly recommending for a family and friends vacation.
