WFC has my heart and have known for many years ever since my mum started training with Saraswathi ma'am. It has been just under 2 months when I started my training with Saras ma'am and I'm more than happy! The body shaping class happening every morning is so refreshing, calm and it leaves you energised for the rest of the day. Saraswathi Ma'am is so talented and gives us a whole range of strengthening workouts, group workouts, stretches after every intense rep and so many others. Her classes are equally heavy duty plus comforting. I go to bed and wake up every morning so excited just for Saraswathi ma'am. WFC is the best place which can never let you think of moving to another gym!

The best place to get strengthening exercises and tone your body perfectly..Mrs.Saraswathi does a fabulous job as the instructor of Body shaping classes..has Zumba..aerobics and kids dance sessions that are equally good..

First i have to thank saras mam to solve my shoulder and neck pain pbm. I had done so many physiotherapy via Dr. But it was temporary solution. After joined WFC, i don't have any neck pain and shoulder pain. Really it's a good work out and getting more energy and stamina. Thank you saras mam.
