Had the pleasure of hosting my reception in this beautiful hotel. The staff headed by Ravikannaiah Sir were excellent in organising and executing the event as planned. The food is exceptionally fantastic and totally worth it. They offer a wide range of bronze, silver and gold menus to select from. The close2heaven
Hall is extremely grand and has an impeccable ambiance. 10/10 throughout and would highly recommend!!

Attended 3 functions in the last one year.
Banquet hall - very decent one for a small gathering of about 100 people.
Chairs provided - good
Parking: may be about 8-10 cars in front of the hotel.
Dining place. Definitely decent and is in basement with lift facility.
Food : every time it was bad ( vegetarian) & waste of money.
Service: very bad. They don't have minimum etiquette. You will understand when you visit only.
So, food quality and serving makes your experience very bad.

One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Mr. Ravindra Naidu, the manager of the hotel. On the day of the wedding, Mr. Naidu personally supervised all the arrangements, making sure that everything went according to plan. Apart from the exceptional service, the culinary experience at West Fort Hotel was truly outstanding. The food served during our wedding festivities was simply delicious. We had the pleasure of booking the banquet hall named "Close to Heaven," and it truly lived up to its name. The hall was well-maintained, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a magical atmosphere for our wedding ceremony. The photographer and decoration was in house and their team was incredible. Mr. Arun is the event manager and We couldn't have asked for a more attentive and dedicated individual to handle our wedding arrangements.
Furthermore, one aspect worth mentioning is the convenient availability of parking facilities at West Fort Hotel. It was a relief to know that our guests could easily find parking spaces without any hassle, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
In conclusion, my experience at West Fort Hotel was exceptional, especially when it came to planning and executing my wedding day. Mr. Ravindra Naidu's unwavering support and professionalism were instrumental in making our wedding a truly memorable event. A wonderful place to celebrate any big/small occasions. This is our third celebration in west fort. Great hall space, lighting and food.
A special mention about the manager Ravindra, who is very helpful, suggests the best and makes sure the party will be run smoothly.
Another great highlight is the decoration by Mahesh and team. The team specially Arun has great sense of the themes we select and decorates the hall accordingly. We didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of making the party look more colorful.
Emcee for the evening, Niranjan was a gentlemen and made the evening more fun with his wonderful games and engaging the audience with his talking skills.
On the whole, every time we come here we have had a great experience. We would definitely come back here for celebrating more events. :)

This place hasnt left a single chance for us to be disappointed. Firstly the ac was not working and the management took 2 days just to figure it out and when complained about the refrigerator they just didn't turn up. No cold drinks no ice nothing was provided and above all the staff would just cut the calls on your face and will never turn back. The restaurant closes at 9:30 so if you wish to have dinner at your regular dinner time you better starve because they won't adjust a bit. I hope someday they realize a hotel in a metropolitan city is expected to be working better. Over all frustrated and completely irritated.
