Great room. Nice food. Located very close to the race course walking track and smart city park (both of which are must visit spots). Very nice spa as well. Outstanding green initiatives (almost no plastic anywhere). Very courteous and helpful staff. Thank you Priya and team for making my stay great ??

Terrible, terrible food irrespective of cuisine. Poor service, staff looks unmotivated and underpaid. Run down rooms, toiletries smell cheap. I paid in full for 2 adults +1 child occupancy but they still charged me for an extra bed. This place is a scam. Stay away.

Definitely one of the best hotels in coimbatore. Ambiance is very good. Food is self service. Plenty of food options. Rooms and meeting halls are big and prestigious. Nice to be there on board a day.

Room's not able to comment. As I was there for company meeting. So consider food hear very very poor. According to guest's hotel people have to be ready for Crowd. But I'm totally disappointed ITC Hotels poor in welcoming guest.
