This hotel has a good service for their costumers With available of many facilities Such as swimming pool,spa,restro,room service,dance club with bar etc... The people working here are very polite. This hotel make us feel us like a palace in an new era... Thank you for your good service.

This hotel is awesome. It is not only well managed but has great breakfast to offer. The interior of this hotel is no less than a palace. We stayed here for three days and out of which two days were at their heritage suit. This heritage suit is somewhat better than rooms in a five star category or a hotel with way higher cost. Staff was very polite and caring. This hotel is an example of cleanliness and the traditional Rajasthan ambience. Rooms had all modern amenities with ample hot water and very well equipped washrooms. We wished to stay for a few more days to this luxurious comfortable property at Jaipur Rajasthan.

Hotel is located at very prominent place of Jaipur City, Room ambience & decorations are excellent. Room Service & telephones require a bit attention. Mr. Nitin is a nice loveable person who is very caring. Love to stay there whenever I visit Jaipur. But, Food chart & menu needs to be improved and made consumer friendly, I find prices are even higher than five start category. If the item selections are reasonably priced, I am sure guest will not venture out for food & avoid outsourcing through online/offline. Management need to review the menu card & revise. Rest everything is fine with this property.

Honestly, the place exceeded our expectations. Super clean rooms and entire property. Value for money, great hospitality. Super tasty food. Breakfast is also good. Inhouse BC restaurant has live music event on every day. I would highly recommend to all who are planning to visit jaipur.

I stayed here for one week for a holiday tour. It is one of the best hotels in India. The interiors is amazing and soothing. The services provided by them are excellent. The staff is friendly in nature. The breakfast provided was tasty and healthy. I would recommend everyone to visit it. You will fall in love with this place.
