Courteous behaviour from the staff, excellent packaging, delivery and installation. Was also very quick to attend to my request to move a treadmill from one home to another on a short notice - extra cheers for that alone. A good place for all your fitness needs.

They are a good option to consider in Thrissur. Some other brands only has online presence mostly. Had some delays in getting maintenance & servicing technicians ( it was also covid time period). But their manager was very responsible & solved the issue in person. My general advice regarding elliptical cross trainer is best not to purchase them. Go for a tread mill maybe. I've used 3-4 elliptical trainer of different brands like reach but welcare is much better quality. Still those things only last for 2- 3 years.
