It’s always a fun time working out at gym. The interior is very spacious and maintenance is just right. Staff people are very helpful and always up for a review or improvement. Trainers are there to guide all the time and would suggest what’s best for us. Overall, best experience of gymming in maninagar. I’ve and would always recommend everyone to go for it.

After going through lots of desk consultations, I found VSHRED, the best gym in Maninagar, Ahmedabad. It has high quality, diverse group classes, equipments are latest and in a good condition, also, it has a clean space. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff and who are nice to one another like in a friendly community. Specially, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr. Rajesh Sharma (Sir) to anyone. He is my personal trainer coach and is always motivating, bringing positivity, cheerful attitude and energetic. I highly recommend VSHRED- the gym, which is worth for fitness purposes!!

I joined it for 2 months. It was a great experience. Atmosphere is Awesome The staff is very friendly, always-smiling and cooperative. All trainers are good in behaviour The gym is quite spacious and is kept clean. Advance machines best gym in Ahmedabad people should visit here, loved it.
