It feels genuine and homely here , to be Frank , visiting gym daily needs a motivation and this place and people do take care that users motivation should everytime be high. I have gym hopped in the Baner Balewadi area for more than a year now (including Gold's, Nitrro) to realize that fitness doesnt have to cost you a bomb. VJ's has kept it basic and simple- Good equipment, ventilation, very spacious- I can easily workout even during peak times without waiting too long. Trainers are helpful, supportive, and take interest in your workout. They have an affiliation with a semi olympic pool, regular zumba and yoga sessions at extremely nominal prices. Would definitely reccomend over any other over the top franchise gym.

Timings:
Tuesday: 6 am to 10 pm
Wednesday: 6 am to 10 pm
Thursday: 6 am to 10 pm
Friday: 6 am to 10 pm
Saturday: (Maha Shivratri), 6 am to 10 pm, Hours might differ
Sunday: 6 am to 12 pm
Monday: 6 am to 10 pm
