My phone had receiver problem and had to hear on loudspeaker for calls. I went here with this complaint. The technician there listened to my problem and he himself identified that my phone was too hot. Considering it as two years old phone, I thought its normal thing. He cleaned charging Port and removed minor blocks in my receiver and gave me. I am using phone since one week. Heating issue has come down. Sound is crystal clear. This was done free of cost. If technician had said some problem and charged, I wouldn't have refused as I am not technical person. He was very genuine in his work and didn't cheat customer. Kudos to service center
